After 13 years as a data scientist, Meghana Konikanti made a pivot that surprised everyone but made perfect sense to her. She had spent over a decade mining patterns in data — and when she became a parent, she found herself studying the most extraordinary dataset of all: a child learning to make sense of the world. That wonder became Ishara. Meghana brought her analytical rigour to early-childhood research, trained extensively in play-based and Montessori approaches, and built a school she would choose for her own children. Her mission is simple — to give every child the curious, joyful start they deserve.
